Our story started. Our prior searching left us discouraged and quickly we lost hope. A person could go broke having to pay each company's application fee, it doesn't seem right. Some companies do it all different ways, but the one (I won't mention their name) we 1st tried we found the property and sent a request for an application. They charged $50 per adult =$150, and after we paid the fees, they never made arrangements to let us see the property inside, the communication dropped never got a response if they even received it. By the time they finally got back to us, after we called them, we luckily found Rentomatic. Rentomatics sales person was so attentive and didn't in anyway EVER drop the ball. Rentomatic communicated quickly working through the night (their process uses dropbox and docusign, which was so easy to work with). After a few more emails, by morning the next day, we had a lease and a contract to sign, at 2pm that same day he met us with the keys to the property, and as of today we are almost all moved in. It was the smoothest transaction I've ever had. And still they contact us to see how we are doing and if we like the place. I recommend them highly, especially in this business. Good work Rentomatic. I'M A RENTER: Coming to the end of our lease at the apartment complex my family and I have been for nearly five years, we decided it was time to find a house to rent since the purchase price of homes in the areas we've always lived and with the specs we wanted were all just way too high. If you haven't yet tried to navigate the rental market with the multitude of companies and websites and hoops you have to jump through just to see a house, you are in for a rude awakening. We'd looked for over two weeks and were ready to just give up and sign another lease where we've been for so long. I decided to give it just another couple of days. I'd set up an appointment to see one particular home but learned when I got there that an application had just been accepted, but they had another property one street over that I could look at. That one was brand new, but all bedrooms were upstairs and my mother-in-law who lives with us doesn't do stairs well, so I passed. I explained what I was looking for and was told of a property that had just come available. It was a bit out of my price range but I agreed to at least look at it. I walked in and realized we'd finally found exactly what we were looking for! We were put into contact with Rentomatic to start the application process and they were ON THE BALL! I was shown the house at 1:30 PM and by 1:30 AM (yes, Rentomatic worked to set everything up and sent us a lease to sign at 1:30 AM!) we had signed a lease! By 2:00 PM we had keys in hand and were moving in. It was so fast and so awesome that my mother-in-law thought it must be a scam. After doing some due diligence she'd come to realize that Rentomatic is just super efficient and worked hard to get things done for us as quickly as possible. Thank you Rentomatic for showing me that the rental market is not all chaos and dumpster fires! You've earned the five stars I gave.
