We know pets are family, but each of our properties has its own set of pet rules. Most places allow typical pets like dogs or cats, but some might have specific limits—like only small dogs, dogs under 50 lbs., or just cats. Be sure to check the individual property listing for the exact pet policy before making any decisions.

Standard Pet Fees (Dogs & Cats)

If permitted at the property, the following standard fees apply per pet:

For pets below 50lbs

  • Pet Deposit: $300 per pet
  • Monthly Pet Fee: $50 per pet

 For pets Above50lbs

  • Pet Deposit: $500 per pet
  • Monthly Pet Fee: $75 per pet

Pet Approval Requirements

We want to ensure a comfortable living environment for all our residents, and as part of our pet approval process, pets may be approved based on the following:

  • A positive reference specifically detailing your pet’s behavior from your previous landlord
  • Complete veterinary medical history including records of all required vaccinations, and confirmation of your pet being spayed or neutered.
  • A pet deposit is required, and depending on the property and pet type, there is also an additional monthly pet rent

All animals, regardless of type or size, must be disclosed to Rentomatic Property Management. This includes traditional pets such as cats and dogs and any other non-traditional pets.  We love animals, but unauthorized ones are not permitted on the property.
